🧭 SBI PO Selection Process – Phase-Wise Table

Phase-I	Preliminary Examination	– Objective Test (100 Marks) – Sectional timing – No sectional cut-off – 1/4th negative marking – Qualifying nature only (marks not counted in final merit)
Phase-II	Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive)	– Objective Test: 200 Marks – Descriptive Test: 50 Marks – Total: 250 Marks – Separate timings for each section – 1/4th negative marking – Marks counted in final merit
Phase-III	Psychometric Test + Group Exercise & Interview	– Psychometric Test for personality profiling – Group Exercise (20 Marks) – Interview (30 Marks) – Total: 50 Marks – Marks counted in final merit
