Q1: What is the career progression and salary after the training period?
Ans: After 2 years of training (1st Year: ₹20,000/month, 2nd Year: ₹23,000/month), successful trainees are appointed as Supervisor in TS-1 Grade with a starting basic pay of ₹28,000. The approximate monthly emoluments are over ₹55,000 and the Annual CTC is around ₹8 Lakhs.

Q2: I have a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Am I eligible for the Electrical post?
Ans: Yes. The notification specifies that a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is considered equivalent to the required Diploma in Electrical Engineering for this recruitment.

Q3: Is there a service agreement bond?
Ans: Yes, selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond to serve UCSL for a minimum of 5 years after training. A liquidated damage of ₹3 Lakhs is applicable for violation of this agreement.
