Selection Process

The selection process is streamlined and transparent:

Application Scrutiny: IPRCL will scrutinize all received applications to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria regarding qualification, experience, and current pay scale.
Shortlisting: If more than 5 eligible candidates are found for each vacancy, IPRCL reserves the right to shortlist candidates in a ratio of 1:5 based on the relevance and length of their experience.
Personal Interview: The final selection will be based on a Personal Interview. The interview may be held at the Corporate Office in Mumbai, through Video Conferencing (VC), or at any other location at the discretion of IPRCL.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce all original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

Note: TA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the Personal Interview as per company policy.
