AAI Land Consultant Recruitment 2025

The Airports Authority of India (AAI), Eastern Region, invites applications from retired Deputy Collectors and Tehsildars for the position of AAI Land Consultant at Kolkata, Patna, and Raipur airports. The role involves completing land mutation processes for AAI-owned properties. This is a contract-based engagement for an initial 3-month period, extendable based on performance.

Tenure	3 months (extendable by another 3 months if work is satisfactory)
Job Role	– Complete land mutation in AAI’s name – Liaise with local authorities – Submit progress reports
Selection Process	Interview-based (Conducted by AAI Eastern Region HQ, Kolkata)
Leave Policy	3 days leave (pro-rata for 3 months)
Attendance	Biometric/manual attendance mandatory
Restrictions	– No parallel employment allowed – Max 5 years cumulative service in AAI as consultant
