Educational Qualification (Post-Wise)
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications based on their applied post:

| Junior Assistant (Fire Service) | – 10th Pass with a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire Engineering. OR 12th Pass with a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License. – Minimum height requirement: Male: 167 cm, Female: 157 cm |
| Senior Assistant (Official Language) | – Master’s Degree in Hindi with English OR English with Hindi OR Any subject with Hindi/English at the graduation level. – 2 years of relevant experience. |
| Senior Assistant (Accounts) | – Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Computer literacy is mandatory. – 2 years of experience. |
| Senior Assistant (Electronics) | – Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering. – 2 years of relevant experience. |
| Senior Assistant (Operations) | – Graduate Degree in any stream. – Must possess a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) License. – 2 years of experience. |

Selection Process
The selection process for AAI Non Executives Western Region Recruitment 2025 consists of multiple stages:
