Bank of Baroda (BoB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Office Assistant (Peon) in the Subordinate Cadre on a regular basis. This recruitment aims to fill 500 vacancies across various states and union territories in India.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 01.05.2025)

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 26 years
(Age Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. norms.)

2. Educational Qualification

10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation) pass from a recognized board.
Proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT (reading, writing, speaking).

3. Nationality

Indian Citizen / Subject of Nepal/Bhutan / Tibetan Refugee / PIO with eligibility certificate.

4. Physical & Medical Fitness

Candidates must be medically fit as per Bank’s standards.

Selection Process

Online Examination (100 Marks)
- Sections:
  - English Language (25 Qs)
  - General Awareness (25 Qs)
  - Elementary Arithmetic (25 Qs)
  - Psychometric Test (25 Qs)
- Duration: 80 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
Local Language Test (Qualifying Only)
- Candidates must qualify in the local language test of the applied State/UT.

Pay Scale: ₹19,500 – ₹37,815 (as per Bank’s norms)
