For Junior Stenographer:
- Qualification: 10+2/XII or equivalent
- Steno Speed: Dictation @ 80 w.p.m. in English/Hindi
- Transcription Time:
- English: 50 mins (70 mins for PwBD with scribe)
- Hindi: 65 mins (90 mins for PwBD with scribe)
Selection Process:
Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Proficiency Test: Typing test (Qualifying only)
- Written Test:
- Paper-I (Qualifying) – Mental Ability Test (100 Qs, No negative marking)
- Paper-II (Merit-Based):
- General Awareness (50 Qs) – 150 Marks
- English Language (50 Qs) – 150 Marks
- Negative Marking: -1 per wrong answer
Junior Stenographer:
- Stenography Test: Dictation & Transcription (Qualifying only)
- Written Test:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Qs)
- General Awareness (50 Qs)
- English Language & Comprehension (100 Qs)
- Total Marks: 200
- Negative Marking: -0.25 per wrong answer
Age Relaxation (Highlights):
