Selection Process
For Jr. Secretariat Assistant (AD-01 to AD-03):
- Written Test (OMR or CBT)
- Paper I – Mental Ability (Qualifying Only)
- Paper II – General Awareness & English Language (Merit Based)
- Proficiency Test in Typing
- Typing Speed: English @35 w.p.m. or Hindi @30 w.p.m.
- Duration: 10 Minutes
For Junior Stenographer (AD-04):
- Written Test – 3 Parts:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Qs, 50 Marks)
- General Awareness (50 Qs, 50 Marks)
- English Language & Comprehension (100 Qs, 100 Marks)
- Stenography Test:
- 80 w.p.m. for 10 min
- Transcription: 50 mins (English) / 65 mins (Hindi)
