DSSSB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The DSSSB Recruitment 2025 selection process is designed to test both knowledge and practical skills. It consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Questions: 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Marks: 100 Marks
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Syllabus: Driving skills, road signals, road safety, navigation/GPS technologies, and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Negative Marking: 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Qualifying Marks: General – 50%; Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) & Ex-Servicemen – 45%.
Stage 2: Skill Test
- Conducted by: Delhi High Court.
- For Chauffeur:
- Driving Skill Test on Simulator (50 Marks)
- Driving Skill Test on road in Real Traffic Conditions (50 Marks)
- For Despatch Rider:
- Skill Test on Scooty in real traffic (75 Marks)
- Skill Test on Bike (Motorcycle) in real traffic (75 Marks)
- Candidates must qualify each test separately.
Stage 3: Interview
- Marks: 15 Marks.
- For Chauffeur, preference will be given to those proficient in driving automatic vehicles or with certified driving course certificates.
The final merit list will be prepared by adding the marks from all three stages.
