Eligibility Criteria
Criteria Details Educational Qualification MBBS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India. Postgraduates in General Medicine are also eligible. Experience Minimum 2 years as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital/clinic. Computer Skills Must have working knowledge of computers. Proximity Requirement Must have own dispensary/residence within 3-5 km of the bankโs dispensary.
Remuneration & Duty Hours
Location Duty Hours Remuneration NABARD Dispensary (Regional Office) 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) โน1000/hour (first 3 years), โน1200/hour (after 3 years). โน1000/month for conveyance included. BMOโs Own Dispensary / Residence 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Same as above
Selection Procedure

Key Responsibilities (Illustrative Duties)
Some major duties include:
Consultation & treatment of NABARD staff and dependents.
Issuing prescriptions, credit slips, and referrals.
Supporting hospitalizations, checkups, and preventive care.
Assisting with empanelment of hospitals/labs.
Conducting medical camps and health awareness sessions.
Providing reports and emergency visits if required.
