Educational QualificationMBBS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India. Postgraduates in General Medicine are also eligible.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital/clinic.
Computer SkillsMust have working knowledge of computers.
Proximity RequirementMust have own dispensary/residence within 3-5 km of the bankโ€™s dispensary.

Some major duties include:

  • Consultation & treatment of NABARD staff and dependents.
  • Issuing prescriptions, credit slips, and referrals.
  • Supporting hospitalizations, checkups, and preventive care.
  • Assisting with empanelment of hospitals/labs.
  • Conducting medical camps and health awareness sessions.
  • Providing reports and emergency visits if required.
