All posts are on a contractual basis (3 to 5 years) and some are open to deputation from Govt/PSU/Metro Rail employees.

Eligibility Details
1. Joint General Manager (O&M)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, etc.) OR any graduate with train operation experience.
- Experience:
- 14 years total experience OR
- 12 years in executive roles in Govt/PSU, with at least 4 years in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) in Railway/Metro.
2. Deputy General Manager (Signalling)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, ECE, Applied Electronics, Instrumentation, etc.
- Experience:
- Design, installation, testing, commissioning of Signalling/PSD systems.
- Minimum:
- 10 years (Private sector executive level) OR
- 8 years (Govt/PSU executive level)
3. Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/related fields.
- Experience:
- Design, installation, commissioning of Rolling Stock systems.
- Minimum:
- 10 years (Private) OR
- 8 years (Govt/PSU)
4. Assistant Manager (Rolling Stock)
- Education: Same as above.
- Experience:
- Experience in Rolling Stock systems, especially in Metro Rail preferred.
- Minimum:
- 7 years (Supervisory grade, Private sector) OR
- 5 years (Supervisory grade, Govt/PSU)
5. Assistant Manager (Traction)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics.
- Experience:
- Working knowledge in HV power systems, traction systems.
- Minimum:
- 7 years (Private sector) OR
- 5 years (Govt/PSU)
6. Assistant Manager (Underground – E&M)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/related fields.
- Experience:
- In electric systems, ECS (Environmental Control System), TVS (Tunnel Ventilation Systems) in Underground Metro Stations.
- Minimum:
- 7 years (Private sector) OR
- 5 years (Govt/PSU)

- Posting: Candidates may be posted anywhere in Gujarat – Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, etc.
- Language Preference: Candidates with at least 3 years’ work experience in Gujarat and familiar with Gujarati will be given preference.
