HCL Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process
The selection for HCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be based purely on merit. The process is straightforward:
- Merit List Creation: A merit list will be prepared for each trade based on academic marks.
- Mark Calculation:
- For ITI Trades (Sl. No. 3-18): 70% weightage to 10th standard marks + 30% weightage to ITI marks (in the relevant trade).
- For Non-ITI Trades (Mate & Blaster): 100% weightage to 10th standard marks.
- Tie-Breaker: If two candidates have the same merit score, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher.

The application process is TWO-STEP and both steps are mandatory. Missing either step will lead to rejection.

- Register yourself as a candidate and complete your profile with 100% Aadhar verification.

- Apply for the relevant trade opportunity advertised by HCL MCP.
- Note down your Apprenticeship Registration Number (e.g., Axxxxxxxxx).
Step 2: HCL Website Application

A: No. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications like Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech are not eligible to apply. This recruitment is strictly for 10th pass and ITI pass candidates only.
