Selection Process
- Merit-based Selection
- 70% weightage to 10th class marks
- 30% weightage to ITI marks (for applicable trades)
- For non-ITI trades (Mate, Blaster, Front Office Assistant): 100% weightage to 10th marks
- Bonus Marks: 10 marks for dependents of HCL/KCC employees
- Tie-breaker: Older candidates to be preferred in case of equal marks
Medical Fitness
- Selection is subject to medical fitness as per HCL standards.
