| The ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture (ICAR-CIWA) is conducting a Walk-in-Interview to recruit a Young Professional-II on a contractual basis. This position is associated with the NABL-accredited Food Testing Laboratory at ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar. The engagement is purely temporary and will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements |
Position Details:
- Position Title: Young Professional-II
- Number of Positions: One (1)
- Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month (consolidated)
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as of the date of the interview, with age relaxation as per Government of India norms.
Educational Qualifications:
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, AAS, etc.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting chemical and biochemical analyses of food samples.
- Assisting in maintaining the quality management system of the laboratory.
- Documentation and record-keeping as per NABL guidelines.
- Any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
Selection Procedure:
Interested and eligible candidates are required to appear for the Walk-in-Interview on April 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM at ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar.
