Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to ailments of staff, dependents, and pensioners
- Prescribe and administer medications
- Issue medical certificates and approve sick leave
- Authorize purchase of special medicines via bank-approved chemists
- Coordinate hospitalizations and review related medical bills
- Provide emergency and teleconsultation support
- Offer medical opinions for transfer cases on health grounds
- Efficiently manage the dispensary assigned by the Bank
