Stage-1: Written Examination (90 minutes)

- Ministerial Staff: Office procedures, rules, computer knowledge, institutional policies
Stage-2: Skill Test (Qualifying only)
- Only candidates shortlisted from Stage-1 (1:10 ratio) will appear
