Eligibility Region: Candidates must have acquired their Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/Board in the Southern Region (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry).
Selection Process
The selection process is merit-based and transparent:
- Application Scrutiny: The consolidated applications will be screened for eligibility based on the details provided.
- Merit List: A selection panel will be prepared strictly based on the academic scores (marks/CGPA) obtained by the candidates in their qualifying Degree/Diploma.
- Offer Letter: The induction of apprentices will be done based on their rank in the merit list and the number of vacant positions. Only selected candidates will be informed via an offer letter sent to their email.
There will be no written test or interview.
How to Apply ?
- Prerequisite – NATS Registration: Candidates MUST first enroll on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (
www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and obtain an Apprenticeship Registration Number. - Application Portal: Applications will be received ONLY through the UMANG Portal (
https://web.umang.gov.in). - Registration: Candidates must register/login on the UMANG portal using a valid and active email ID.
- Document Upload: Scanned copies of the following documents in JPG/JPEG/PNG format are required:
- All semester/year mark sheets (combined in one file, max. 1MB).
- Degree/Diploma/Provisional Certificate (max. 1MB).
- Photo and Signature (max. 50KB each).
- Caste Certificate (if applicable, max. 50KB).
- PWBD Certificate (if applicable).
- Deadline: The last date to submit the online application on the UMANG portal is September 11, 2025, till 11:59 PM.
