Oil India Limited (OIL), a Navratna PSU, is inviting applications from highly experienced professionals for empanelment as Domain Expert (Business Development) on a call basis at its Corporate Office, Delhi/Noida. The position is aimed at providing strategic insights and operational expertise across its City Gas Distribution (CGD) and Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) initiatives. The expert will work closely with the company’s top management, supporting Joint Venture Companies (JVCs), in-house projects, and business development strategies in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic input on CGD & CBG businesses
Guide project evaluation, financial planning, and risk mitigation
Support JV companies and internal business projects
Stakeholder management and market analysis
Recommend virtual pipeline and logistics solutions
Monitor regulatory changes and business impacts
Contribute to new opportunity identification and optimize related-party transactions

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification	Engineering Degree from recognized institution (Postgraduate qualifications desirable)
Experience	Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas Marketing, CGD, or Biogas companies; Must have held C-suite or senior management position
Preferred Qualifications	MBA or equivalent, PMP Certification, Risk Management or Gas Pipeline technical training
Age Limit	Not more than 65 years

Honorarium

Level/Grade	Honorarium (Per Day)
CMD/MD/Directors	₹20,000/-
EDs/CGM/GGM/GMs/Professors or Equivalent	₹15,000/-
DGMs/Associate Professors or Equivalent	₹10,000/-

Note: Travel, lodging, and local conveyance will be arranged by OIL as per company norms. No other allowances/facilities will be provided.
