The selection methodology varies by post:
- For Most Grade B & C Posts: The process involves a Computer Based Test (CBT) (85% weightage) followed by a Personal Interview (PI) (15% weightage).
- For Senior Officer (Security): Selection is based only on a Personal Interview (PI).
- For Grade A Posts (CS & Hindi Officer): Candidates must clear a CBT and then a qualifying Proficiency/Skill Test (Shorthand for CS, Language test for Hindi Officer).
