Initially, it is a 1-year training program with a stipend. After successful training, candidates will be appointed as Junior Manager (Electrical) on a permanent basis.
2. Can final-year diploma students apply?
No, candidates must have already passed their diploma with the required percentage.
3. Is there any age relaxation for women?
Yes, women candidates get 5 years of age relaxation.
4. What is the selection process?
Computer-Based Test (CBT) + Personal Interview. CBT consists of 200 MCQs (80% technical, 10% GK, 10% English).
5. Is Odia language compulsory?
Yes, candidates must read, write, and speak Odia fluently (proof required).
