SAMEER Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection is a two-stage process with weightage assigned to both stages:
- Stage-I: Written Test (Computer Based Test – CBT)
- All eligible candidates will appear for this objective-type online test.
- The test will be conducted in various major cities across India.
- Stage-II: Skill/Trade Test
- Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test (in a ratio of approx. 1:10) will be called for a practical Skill/Trade Test at a designated SAMEER centre.
Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on combined performance with a weightage of 60% for the Written Test and 40% for the Skill/Trade Test.
