Step-by-Step Guide to Submit Scribe Details
Keep a copy of the Scribe Entry Pass, which will be available along with your admit card.
1.Visit the Official SSC Website
Go to: https://ssc.gov.in
2.Login to Your SSC Account
Click on the โLoginโ button on the top-right corner.
3.Enter your Registration Number and Password.
Enter the Captcha Code and click Submit.
4. Check for City Intimation First
Once logged in, you must first view your Exam City (this becomes available from 05 August 2025 onwards).
Only after viewing the exam city, the option to submit scribe details will be enabled.
5. Go to ‘Submit Scribe Details’ Section
Navigate to the “Scribe Registration” or “Submit Scribe Details” link under your dashboard or application section.

You will be asked to fill in the following:

Scribeโs Address
Scribeโs ID Proof Number (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

8. Submit the Form
Recheck all filled details.
Click on “Submit” to finalize your scribe registration.
9. Download Confirmation (Optional)
After submission, you may be able to download a confirmation receipt.
