Q1. What is the last date to apply for CBSE Recruitment 2025?
The last date for submission of the online application and payment of fees is 22nd December 2025 (11:59 PM). No applications will be accepted after this date.

Q2. Is the Tier-I exam for CBSE Recruitment 2025 qualifying or marks-counting?
Tier-I is a screening exam. While you must score above the category-wise cut-off to qualify for Tier-II, the marks of Tier-I are not added to the final merit list for Group A & B posts (except JTO & Jr. Asst). For Jr. Assistant, Tier-I is qualifying for Tier-II.

Q3. Are there any typing skill requirements in CBSE Recruitment 2025?
Yes. The posts of Superintendent, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant require a qualifying skill test of typing speed: 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.

Q4. Can candidates choose their preferred posting location?
No. Selected candidates can be posted at any of the CBSE’s offices (Headquarters, Regional, Sub-Regional, CoEs) across India as per administrative requirement. Requesting a specific posting may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Q5. Where will the examination centers for CBSE Recruitment 2025 be located?
The Tier-I examination is tentatively planned to be conducted in 19 major cities across India corresponding to CBSE’s Regional Offices, such as Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai (Pune), Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, etc. The exact city list is provided in the notification.
