1. Application ScreeningApplications will be screened based on eligibility criteria. The Institute reserves the right to set higher shortlisting criteria (e.g., higher marks, experience in relevant areas) if large number of applications are received. A Screening Committee may be constituted for this purpose.
2. Written Test / Trade TestDepending on circumstances, the Institute may conduct a written test or trade test for shortlisted candidates.
3. InterviewShortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Final selection will be based on performance in the selection process.
4. Document VerificationOriginal certificates must be produced at the time of selection process and while joining.

A1. No. For candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience is an essential requirement. However, if you hold a Master’s degree with 55% marks, you are eligible without any experience requirement (only knowledge of computer applications is required).
