Superannuated at the level of Executive Director (ED)/Chief General Manager (CGM) from a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE with a minimum of 30 years of experience. Must have at least 5 years of cumulative experience in HR/Strategy/Business Development/Industrial Relations in the last 10 years.
Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/HR/Marketing or MBA/PGDM/PGPM from a recognized institute.
