The engagement is on a tenure basis for four years. The consolidated remuneration for Scale D/6 (Diploma Technician) includes a Basic Pay of ₹23,000, and for Scale C/5 (Technician), it is ₹22,000, plus DA, HRA, perks, and other allowances. An annual increment of 3% is also admissible.
Q2. Where will the selected candidates be posted?
The selected candidates will be posted at the Naliya Customer Base, Gujarat. However, they are liable to be transferred to any other HAL division or office across India based on organizational requirements.
Q3. I have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile). Can I apply for the Diploma Technician (Mechanical) post?
No. The advertisement explicitly states that specializations other than Mechanical Engineering (General) are not eligible. Diplomas in Automobile, Production, CAD/CAM, etc., are not acceptable for the Mechanical post.
