1. Application Scrutiny
Verification of eligibility, experience, and the submitted No Objection Certificate (NOC).
2. Merit List Preparation
Selection will be primarily based on the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation. A merit list will be drawn banking outlet-wise.
3. Additional Rounds (If required)
The Bank reserves the right to conduct an Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview.
Register and fill out the online application form for one post and one banking outlet only.

Pay the application fee of ₹ 750/- online (Non-refundable).

Upload a scanned copy of the ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from your parent organization. The NOC must include vigilance clearance and a statement on penalties from the last 5 years.

If conducted, the Online Test/Assessment may cover General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Banking/Financial Awareness.
Q1. What is the tenure and can I be absorbed permanently through IPPB Recruitment 2025? The deputation is for an initial period of one year, extendable for up to two more years based on performance. However, deputationists will not be eligible for regular absorption in IPPB. A mandatory two-year ‘cooling off’ period applies after each deputation tenure.
Q2. I am an employee of the Department of Posts (DoP). Can I apply for both posts? No. DoP employees are only eligible for the Junior Associate post. They are not eligible to apply for the Assistant Manager (Scale-I) position as per the advertisement.
Q3. What is the most critical document required for the application of IPPB Recruitment 2025? The No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your parent organization is mandatory. It must include Vigilance Clearance, details of any penalties in the last 5 years, and a relieving condition stating you will be freed within 30 days if selected. Applications without a valid NOC will be rejected.
Q4. How is the final merit list prepared if two candidates have the same graduation percentage? In case of a tie in graduation percentage, the candidate who is older in age (with an earlier date of birth) will be ranked higher in the merit list.
Q5. Will I receive a deputation allowance? As per standard deputation terms, you can elect to draw either the pay scale of the IPPB post or your parent cadre’s basic pay plus deputation allowance. Leave, pension, and other benefits will be regulated as per the rules of your parent department.
