1. Computer Based Test (CBT)The CBT will have 120 MCQs (40 from General Aptitude and 80 from Subject Knowledge). There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
2. Document VerificationCandidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for document verification in Bhubaneswar.
3. Medical ExaminationFinal appointment is subject to medical fitness as per OHPC standards.
Final MeritThe merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of CBT performance.

Q1. What is the stipend and pay scale for MTs and DETs in OHPC Recruitment 2025?
During the one-year training, MTs receive a stipend of ₹ 50,000/- per month and DETs receive ₹ 40,000/- per month. On regularization, MTs are appointed as Assistant Manager (E-3) with a basic pay of ₹ 56,100/-, and DETs as Junior Manager (E-2) with a basic pay of ₹ 44,900/-.

Q2. Is knowledge of the Odia language mandatory for OHPC Recruitment 2025?
Yes. All candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently. They must provide a valid certificate proving they have passed Odia as a subject up to the Middle School level or passed a test in Odia of Middle English School standard.

Q3. Are candidates from other states eligible to apply for OHPC Recruitment 2025?
While the recruitment is open to all Indian citizens, reservation benefits (for SC/ST/SEBC) are admissible only to candidates belonging to the state of Odisha. Candidates from other states can apply under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Q4. What is the service agreement bond for selected trainees?
Selected candidates must execute a service agreement bond to serve OHPC for a minimum of 3 years (including training). The bond amount for MTs is ₹ 2,16,000/- (1st year) and for DETs is ₹ 1,44,000/- (1st year), which reduces in subsequent years.

Q5. Can I apply for more than one post in OHPC Recruitment 2025?
