NMDC Recruitment 2026 :- NMDC recruitment is now open for applications. NMDC Limited, a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has released Employment Notification No. 02/2026 for recruitment to various managerial and supervisory positions at its Tokisud North Coal Mine in Hazaribagh District, Jharkhand. Step 3: Register OnlineThe online application link will be active from 18.02.2026 (10:00 AM) to 10.03.2026 (11:45 PM). Click on the link and complete the registration process.
Step 4: Fill Application FormFill in all the required details accurately. Upload scanned copies of:

• Matriculation/10th certificate

Step 5: Pay Application FeePay the application fee of ₹500/- (if applicable) through SBI-Collect using UPI/Credit Card/Net Banking. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates are exempted.
Step 6: Submit & PrintAfter successful submission, an application form with Unique Transaction Number and Application Number will be generated. Take a printout and keep it for future reference.
Step 7: Await CommunicationShortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview schedule via email/post. Admit cards/call letters can also be downloaded from the NMDC website.

Important Notes:

  • Only one application per candidate should be submitted. Multiple applications will result in the latest one being considered and older ones rejected.
  • Candidates must mention their name and date of birth exactly as per Matriculation/10th certificate.

Q1. I have a degree in Mining Engineering but do not possess the 1st class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal). Can I apply for the Manager (Mining) posts in this NMDC Recruitment 2026 ?
A1. No. Possession of the 1st class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) is an essential qualification for all Manager (Mining) posts (Safety Officer, Blasting Officer, Production Manager) and the AGM (Mining) post. Applications without this certificate will be rejected.

Q2. What is the experience requirement for candidates from the private sector for NMDC Recruitment 2026?
A2. Private sector candidates must have drawn a minimum CTC for the last two years as specified in the notification:

  • For AGM (Mining): ₹29.70 lakhs per annum
  • For Manager (M-5) posts: ₹23.10 lakhs per annum
  • For Jr. Manager (Survey): ₹13.20 lakhs per annum

Proof of CTC must be attached with the application.

Q3. What is the validity period for the OBC-NCL certificate in this NMDC Recruitment 2026 ?
A3. The OBC-NCL certificate should be not older than 6 months as on the last date of application (10.03.2026). It must be in the prescribed Government of India format and clearly indicate that the candidate does not belong to the “Creamy Layer.”

Q4. Will outstation candidates be reimbursed for travel to the interview?
A4. Yes. All outstation candidates called for and attending the interview will be reimbursed Second AC Two Tier rail/bus fare by the shortest route on production of original tickets. The TA claim form (Annexure-I) must be submitted at the time of interview.

Q5. What is the application fee and who is exempted?
A5. The application fee is ₹500/- (non-refundable) for all candidates except those belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and Departmental candidates of NMDC, who are exempted from paying the fee. Proof of exemption must be uploaded.
